A new feature has been applied to Infinite Campus: Users can reset their Infinite Campus (SIS) password and security preferences without System Administrator intervention.
As part of this feature, each user (Student, Staff and Parent) will be prompted and must set up a valid secondary email address in Infinite Campus. After entering the Recovery Email, you must type your Current SIS Password (NOT your email password).
Then, if you ever forget your password, username, or have trouble logging in, the system will prompt you for that email address, verify it, and send your login or password reset instructions there.
If you still cannot access Infinite Campus after receiving the instructions or following the links, the process remains the same for whom to contact:
STUDENTS: Contact your school computer lab aide
STAFF: Submit a helpdesk ticket
PARENTS: Call 881-0665

If you are unable to access your PARENT Portal account because you do not remember your password please try using the "Forgot" link above. If you are still unable to access your account, please call the Parent Portal Hotline at (518)881-0665. Your child's school cannot help you with forgotten passwords. You must call the Parent Portal Hotline.
