Staff and Students can no longer change passwords within Infinite Campus. You must change your network/Gmail password on a PC or using the Self Help Password Reset tool https://selfhelp.shenet.org/authorization.do and let the password sync.
Parent Portal users can reset their Infinite Campus (SIS) password and security preferences without System Administrator intervention.
As part of this feature, each new Parent Portal user will be prompted and must set up a valid secondary email address in Infinite Campus for account recovery purposes. You'll be prompted to enter an Account Security Email address and your current SIS password.
Then, if you ever forget your password, username, or have trouble logging in, the system will prompt you for that email address, verify it, and send you a link with password reset instructions.
If you still cannot access Infinite Campus after receiving the instructions or following the links, the process remains the same for whom to contact:
STUDENTS: Contact your school computer lab aide
STAFF: Submit a helpdesk ticket
PARENTS: Call 881-0665
